My confession is this: I grew up Assemblies of God and in charismatic churches. Because of this the idea of praying with prayer books, beads, walking the labyrinth, etc. is fairly new to me.
So, here is my question: How do you pray?
Do you use prayer books? prayer beads? prayer lists? let the Spirit lead? sit quietly? walk around the house?
Do you pray loud? quietly? silently? All of these depending on the situation?
When do you pray? in the morning? at set times? in the car? in the shower? as you fall asleep?
Do you have a certain ritual?
Do you have a certain place you pray? car? shower? bed? chair? outside?
Is there any rhyme and reason to your prayer practice?
